Like during the production phases, the inspection and testing operations are rationally carried out in-house in order to reduce the handling of finished products to a minimum and to make the production cycle more efficient.

TECNO SYSTEM is able to implement and perform any kind of test on small and large batches.AOI inspection with automatic handling, X-ray test, In-Circuit test with bed of nails and Flying Probe technique, burn-in and run-in, functional tests on electronic boards or electromechanical assemblies are all part of the control and testing services offered by TECNO SYSTEM.

In every control and testing station, like in any other department of the company, the test results are gathered and managed by the IT system which enhances the product data after every progress phase. The operators can trace the product by means of univocal barcode, automatically generated and applied on each product.
